Tines Direct Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Interpretation

Prices and Payments
All prices included on this site are exclusive of VAT and, unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page, basket or checkout area, are exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be added in the checkout area.

In some cases, delivery to areas such as the Scottish Highlands (the following postcodes are classified as the Scottish Highlands for billing purposes; IV all postcodes, KW1 – 14, PA34, PA37 – 39, PH19 – 40, PH49 – 50, PH41 sector 4) and Northern Ireland (BT postcodes), may incur additional charges. Where any such charges apply one of our sales team will contact the Customer with details of the additional charges. For delivery outside of the UK, please use the Contact Us page to request a quotation.

All payments should be made to Tines Direct (a division of Richard Campey Ltd) on the date that the order is placed using one of the payment options available. We take payment from your credit / debit card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details.

Goods are subject to availability at time of order. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
Approved Tines Direct (Richard Campey Ltd Account Holders) will be invoiced for payment. The Customer shall pay within 28 days of the date of the invoice(s). Tines Direct (Richard Campey Ltd) reserves the right to charge interest on a daily basis on outstanding sums at the rate of 4% above The Bank of England’s base rate per annum as published from time to time.

The products are despatched direct to the customer from Tines Direct (a division of Richard Campey Ltd).

Standard delivery time for most products is next working day, following the day of order. Saturdays and Sundays and official UK Bank Holidays are NOT defined as working days. Products are available on a next working day delivery service if the order is placed and paid for before midday the previous working day.

The customer must notify Tines Direct of the delivery point at the time of ordering the products, if the delivery address differs from the billing address. Further, the customer must notify Tines Direct of any matters which may affect access to the delivery point, such as (but not limited to) narrow roads, tight corners, weight limit roads, low bridges, steep driveways or hills. The company will make every effort to deliver products ordered on the agreed date, but, if for any reason the company is unable to deliver then no liability will fall to the company; whether in damages or otherwise, for delay of whole or any part of the goods ordered arising from any cause whatsoever.

Non Delivery or Damage to Products
For non delivery or damaged/defective products, please notify Tines Direct immediately on 0800 083 0216 and by email at sales@tinesdirect.com.
Where damaged/defective products are to be returned to the supplier, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the damaged/defective products.

Rights to Cancel
The customer has a cooling off period of 7 working days in which to cancel the order for products. The cooling off period commences the day after the goods are received by the customer. In the event of cancellation of the order after the goods are despatched or received by the customer then, unless the goods are faulty or damaged, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to the supplier.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website, and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.
